What do we ship? We offer shipping, throughout the United States, on Mattresses and Pillows. We have a roll & pack machine that allows us to compress each mattress and roll it in plastic so that it can fit into a 46x16x16 box.
We are able to ship multiple mattresses via freight. The price for which will be calculated based on the combined weights of the items in your order. Please note that we are unable to ship box springs or bed frames.
Who do you use to ship my mattress? We use third-party shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, SEKO Logistics (freight), so once your order is confirmed we will be able to then send you a tracking number so you can see where your mattress is on its journey to its new home.
If you have any questions on where your mattress is, when it will be there, etc. you can reach out to us at info@handupmattress.com and we will work with our shipper to answer your questions.
What if my mattress package is stolen? Once your mattress is delivered by our shipper, and they provide the ensuing proof of delivery, we are not responsible if the package is stolen or gets damaged for being outside too long.
What if my mattress is returned due to non-delivery? If your mattress cannot be delivered and it is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the mattress but the shipping and handling fee will be non-refundable.
Can I return my mattress? Once a mattress has been removed from the box and opened up it cannot be returned (as you will not be able to get it back in the box). If you receive your mattress and decide you don’t want it prior to unrolling it, you can send it back to us in the original packing and in the original box. We will provide you with a refund of the purchase price of the mattress, minus the cost of shipping. Please note, you will also be responsible for the shipping fees related to the return of the mattress to us.
While we doubt this will ever happen, if the mattress you buy is not usable, please contact us immediately at info@handupmattress.com with a photo of the mattress, and we will work with you to provide a refund.
