Our craftspeople use long steel needles to pull organic cotton ribbons through every layer, securing up to 24 tufting points — binding the comfort system without chemical adhesives. PATENTED SEVEN-ZONE BACK SUPPORT

Our patented seven-zone innerspring (U.S. Patent No. 11,627,813) is built in-house from recycled steel with up to 1,379 individually wrapped coils. Three purposeful wire gauges deliver targeted support: the firmest 14-gauge coils reinforce the hip and lumbar zone, 15-gauge coils create smooth transitions, and 16-gauge coils provide pressure relief at the shoulders while reinforcing the perimeter for strong edge-to-edge support. Each pocketed coil moves independently to align your spine, distribute weight, relieve pressure points, and reduce motion transfer.
