Construction & Materials

Here are key layers and materials used:

• Cover: A cooling knit/stretch cover (often branded “Cool Comfort Elite” with antimicrobial/cooling technology) to promote airflow and thermal regulation. 

• Comfort layers:

  • ~2″ of gel memory foam with phase change material (PCM) for active cooling.

  • Additional ~2″ of gel memory foam for pressure relief and body contouring. 

  • ~2″ of gel foam in “TriZone” configuration (zoned ergonomic support) targeting shoulders, back, hips.

  • Support core: Individually wrapped coils (e.g., ~8″ coil unit in some spec sheets) arranged in ergonomic zones for support + motion isolation + airflow.

  • Base layer: Underneath the coils there is foundational foam (“Endurance Support Foam”) to stabilize.
